The BanBury Junior Tournament Association is a fun and competitive program that is open to all levels of Junior Golfers. The BJTA Summer Series hosts 18 hole, one day events for players ages 13-18. The BJTA Fall Series hosts 9 hole, one day matches for players ages 11-18. Players will have the opportunity to play tournaments, compete, and learn the nuances of tournament golf. Every event, players well compete to win event credit that they can spend in the golf shop. Each week, tournament entries are limited to 28 players. First come, first served!

Tournament events for the BJTA Summer Series start June 22nd and end August 3rd with the Summer Championship. Each tournament tee times will be held between 2p-3pm.


Signups for each tournament will be open after the completion of the previous round played. Signup deadline will close two days prior to the tournament day. Emails will be sent out to keep all tournament players updated on signups and deadlines. 


There are no caddies or spectators allowed during the play of each event.


There will be 2 age groups per gender.

  • BJTA Summer Series
  • Girls 16-18: White tee
  • Girls 13-15: Orange tee
  • Boys 13-15: White tee
  • Boys 16-18: Black tee
  • BJTA Fall Series
  • Girls 11-13: Blue tee
  • Girls 14-18: White tee
  • Boys 11-13: Orange tee
  • Boys 14-18: Black tee

If a Junior golfer does not meet the age requirement of a certain age division but would like to play up a division, the Junior may join said division with a written note of consent from the Junior's current PGA golf instructor.


Event credit will be distributed to the top scoring players of each age group after the conclusion of the tournaments play. Event credit purse will fluctuate based off the size of each age group.


Rules officials will be observing play to help all competitors with any rule questions and pace of play issues.
